Jamboree Heights State School

OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) PDF Print E-mail

The Jamboree Heights Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) operates from within the school grounds and can provide care to all students of Jamboree Heights SS, both before and after school hours. The services feature a new, recently acquired purpose-built facility containing wonderful resources to stimulate and occupy your child's mind whilst after care is being provided by fully-qualified and experienced staff. The service program contains structured craft activities and fun-based physical games and recreational challenges, aimed at ensuring all groups and abilities are recognised and provided for at every session.

The service is fully licenced by the State Government Department of Communities. It received quality assurance in 2007 by the Childcare Accreditation Commission.

Attendance at the service is subject to completion of an enrolment form which is available from the OSHC room daily between 7.00 am - 10-30am, and from 2.00pm-6.00pm.

The OSHC program also operates a holiday program during each school holiday period with imaginative theme days and fun-packed excursions catering for all age groups. Attendance at holiday care requires a separate enrolment process using the "holiday care enrolment form" available from the service 4-6 weeks prior to each holiday break.
