Welcome to Jamboree Heights School! All in our school community are justifiably proud of our school, our curriculum and the children in our care. Our academic programs are of a high quality, and the enthusiastic and experienced staff are committed to the development of the potential in every child. Our Special Education Unit helps us to meet this commitment as well as adding to the richness and diversity of the school experience. The Instrumental Music Program is another of the school’s highlights. A small group of dedicated parents, quality instructors and enthusiastic children combine to produce exceptional performance groups. The school’s sports program incorporating inter-school sports competitions as well as our swimming program and associated swimming club helps our children to grow and develop. As we continue into the new millennium, Jamboree Heights has developed leading learning technology programs. Our purpose built Media and Technology Centre is well equipped to keep our children in touch with the future. An integral component of the school ethos is the capacity-building and values education program, You Can Do It. This assists our students to grow as individuals and active members of our community. Parents are encouraged to become to become part of the school community through many forums. Communication between home and school is vital and we look forward to meeting with you. We are proud to be part od the Centenary Learning Alliance of state schools. The four primary schools ( Jamboree Heights, Jindalee, Middle Park and Darra) and Centenary State High School provide a quality eduction from Prep to year 12.
