LIBRARY SURVEY If you are a student of Jamboree Heights SS you may like to take a few minutes to complete a short survey for our school library, so we can improve the library for you Please click here to complete the survey   The library supports the learning and teaching in the school, as well as the recreational reading of students.
It also provides resources for the professional development of teachers and there is a collection of books to help parents.
BORROWING - FOR STUDENTS
Books may be borrowed for two weeks, but may be changed more frequently.
Year 1 - 3 students have weekly library lessons where they change books
Year 1 may borrow 1 book
Years 2 - 7 may borrow 2 books at a time
Preps have a library in the prep building catering for this age group
HOURS FOR BORROWING
Students may borrow each morning from 8:30, at second break and each afternoon until 3:15. During school time the resource centre is used by classes for class borrowing and research.
MEDIA TECHNOLOGY CENTRE
A computer lab with 30 computers and a multi-media room is part of the resource centre.
